If your organization uses MyHotline, here's what to expect, and why you can trust it. Reporting is confidential, and you can stay anonymous.
No long forms. An assistant greets you, explains that you can stay anonymous, and listens. You can share as much or as little as you want.
One at a time: what happened, when, who was involved, whether anyone is in danger. It's there to help you tell your story, not to pressure you.
Keep these private. They let you check back, see responses, and add information later, without ever revealing who you are.
A trained person looks into what you shared and can message you back through your Report ID. Something happens. That's the point.
For anonymous reports, we don't store your IP address or phone number.
You decide whether to stay anonymous or share contact details. We honor it.
If you do share your identity, it's sealed, and every access is recorded.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. This line is not a crisis service.
